The Fenghuang Island Ecological Tourism Zone in Yangzhou has a total area of 225 hectares, a water area of 136 hectares, and a land area of 89 hectares. It integrates the rich canal culture and unique Shaobo Lake style, possessing natural wetland elements such as "water, islands, forests, and birds", and has ecological characteristics such as "strange, beautiful, green, and secluded". As a leading area for the construction of the Jianghuai Ecological Corridor, the scenic area is known as the "green lung" of Yangzhou and the back garden of the city. Since its establishment, it has successively become a national AAAA level tourist attraction, national wetland park, and national water conservancy scenic spot. It is an ecological scenic area with unique cultural taste that integrates tourism, scientific research, exhibition, education, and leisure.
